Could this be cause by motherboard or I need a new hard drive ,

Probably neither. when you boot the computer, continually press the "F8" key and select Last Known Good configuration. If that fails, try again but select safe mode. From there you can get more help from the Help and Support center in the start menu and in the control panel.

This computer is not broken, you just need some one who knows what they are doing.
