Realtek hd audio manager front panel not working

Some reason my Front speakrs R L are showing up as Microphone??
they arent working at all same with the front headphones jack.

Check the cables from the front panel are connected to the correct pins on your motherboard is your first move,if you dont have a manual, search for your mobo number on manufacturer's website
