After 8 months is stop.

Hello,
I have this problem after 8 Months I have used my PC normally.
when I turn power on I see this and reboot after15 second.I can not access a bios setting via del button

The spcifiation of my PC is :
Motherboard6T SE
Pro: i7
OS: Win 7
memory:6GB

When I start up it shows me this message:
Jmicron Technology Corp. PCIE-to-SATA II/IDE RAID CONTROLLER BIOS V1.06.78P Copyright (C) JMicron technolgy. www.jmicron.com
detectingdrivere,done, no drives found.
And after another dos screen it shut down after 15 second.

I have DVD for P6T SE intel X58 Chipset support DVD Rev,406.04.(Win 7 ready).
How I can change first boot driver because the BIOS setup Button is DEL but it does not work.
