Is this memory compatable with this mobo?

I have this mobo:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131713&Tpk=Asus%20ASUS%20P8H67-M%20LX

And ordered this RAM:

http://www.amazon.com/Corsair-Channel-Memory-Processors-CMX4GX3M2A1600C9/dp/B002LE8D2A/ref=sr_1_1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1300298314&sr=1-1

Now the mobo says 1333/1066 mhz memory suppost. However the one I ordered is 1600mhz. Will this cause posting issues or would it work?

  1. Compatible yes, but the Sandy Bridge is better suited with 1.50v RAM. Therefore, I would recommend G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) DDR3 1333 Model F3-10666CL8D-4GBXM http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231438 <OR> G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) DDR3 1333 Model F3-10666CL7D-4GBX http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231439

I get the 'rebate' but if it were my rig I would go with the lower/cooler 1.50v RAM. Your MOBO supports with 1066 MHz or 1333 MHz; faster RAM can run at lower frequencies with lower CAS.
