1. How much anti aliasing in Bad Company 2 would I be able to use with xfire 5770 1920x1080 everything high? What FPS should I expect?

2. Would a 600 watt thermaltake purepower psu be enough?

I Currently have a GTX 260 216shader overclocked. I can run bad company 2 everything high 1920x1080 with 1x aa and I would get 50-70 fps constant. If I use 4x AA I sometimes drop down to 30fps.

Phenom II X4 @3.7ghz
GTX 260 216shader
Gigabyte 890GX motherboard
2x2gskill ddr3 ram 1333
thermaltake purepower 600watt

The Thermaltake is not the best PSU, but it should be able to handle them (600W is the minimum recommended). Do make sure that it has 2 PCI-e connectors (probably does).

Well, two 5770s should perform about the same in Crysis as in BC2 IIRC. Here's a benchmark for you to look over.

Yea it has two 6pin connectors I'm using those 2 to power my gtx260 right now. Does the 5770 require two 6pins per card? If so then I think I'm in trouble.

Nope just 1 -6 pin connector per card -- they are more power efficient so do not need more than the 150W available from the PCI-e slot and 1x 6 pin connector
