What is the Difference between the GTS 250 and the 9800GT?

Is it a marginal difference?

The GeForce GTS 250 is actually a rebranded 9800GTX+, which performs noticeably faster in games than the 9800GT.

The GTS 250 and 9800GT both use the same g92b chip.
The 9800GT however has some of the stream processors disabled and is clocked slower.
All said, the GTS 250 is a significantly faster card.
