Which gpu is better?

i searched the internet for reviews and comparison but couldn't find anything, so i want your opinion.

these are both agp cards:MSI NX7600GS-TD512Z or SAPPHIRE RADEON HD3650 512?

my pc specs are:
cpu4 2.56
ram:3 gig
mobo4s800d
psu:450w
