Hi,
Im thinking of getting a 650watt in my new system here are what im looking at
- Coolermaster GX power 650watt
- Corsair TX-650

Which one would be better for this build?
CPU: AMD AM3 Phenom II 945 3.0GHz x4 $165
MotherBoard: Asus M4N98TD-EVO $156
Graphics Card: Gigabyte 1GB GTX460 $272
RAM: G.Skill-NT 4GB DDR3 1333MHz $116
PCI Wifi: Tenda W54P 54M $15

Coolermaster is a bit better for my budget dont want to get the corsair unless
absolutely necessary but will settle for it if it performs much better.

Thanks ,

how about the neo eco 620wat at neweggs? I know that you ask for 650 watts, but 20 watts less won't hurt that much. That psu is 80 plus certified(power saver) and its 12rait is about 48 watts. Just remember that it doesn't come with power cord.

Get the Corsair,

They are rated lower then what they preform.

There is no color. From those two units, I would go for the TX650 too. Anyway, I recommend you to take a look at the XFX XXX Edition 650W (by Seasonic). It can handle two GTX460 in SLI without having to use any molex-to-PCI adapter. Keep in mind that the model fro, Corsair has only two PCIe conectors and you will need four for doing SLI. Since they are at the same price (79$ after mail rebate), I consider that the XFX is a best choice.
