Im unable to send a file of 4gb into 16gb pendrive

i've a movie file of 4gb. when im trying to move the file into a 8gb or a 16gb pendrive, it is showing that the file is too large for it. how can i over come with this problem.. pls some one help me....

the pendrives are proably fat32,
you can't have files larger than 4 gb on an fat32 partition

EDIT: if the pendrive isn't bootable or you don't plan on putting an bootloader on the pendrive then you can convert it to ntfs,
if you don't know how to do that just reply
