What is taking up so much space on my SSD?

I have Win 7 64bit installed on a 60GB SSD. Properties says 49.GB is being used and 6GB are free. I don't have any games installed. I probably only have 15-20 programs installed. All my music/videos/pictures are on a different drive. I want to install CS5 suite, but I don't want to run out of free space. Any ideas? I thought there might be a Windows.old but there wasn't. Of course I emptied the Recycling Bin.

The Windows folder is only showing as 18.2GB. I've checked properties on the other 6 or 7 folders (hidden and not hidden) and none of them are more than around a gig in size.

I have 16GB of RAM installed.

Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance.

You need to do the tweaks / optimization, and you can find here: http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/270102-32-useful-arti...
