Hi,

The only way I can install my mail (smtp, pop) server is if I have an
internet domain
associated with my XP Pro machine. I can set this parameter on my NT server
in the
TCP/IP properties section in control panel. That field does not exist in the
XP control
panel. When I edit the XP Pro registry the value is set and saved, but on
reboot it always
gets cleared. Why is that, and how can I set the domain ?

Am I missing something ?

Bill
