I would suggest going with Noctua NH-D14 CPU Cooler - 140x140x25mm, i5, i7, 775, AM2 and calling it a day. It will meet or exceed either of those coolers.

At 1st, I didn't think you knew what you were talking about, but after reading and watching the reviews, you have one. I will be getting the Noctua NH-D14 CPU Cooler.
