SSD: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... Again I just don't know. Under 270 if possible?

GPU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... CxFire

PSU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

DVD: Sony Optiarc 24X DVD/CD Rewritable Drive Black SATA Model AD-7240S-0B - OEM

He would also like to RAID them, but I am unsure wich RAID to chose, or if it is possible.

Thanks in advance guys.

Seems to me if your friend knows enough to want a RAID, he can probably build or at least pick out his own parts. Just my 2c

He can but just does not have time to do it himself.

Also you really should use the sticky with the sample. I know you've been on here awhile but once again your list is lacking because we don't know his budget, what he uses it for, what he already has, monitor resolution etc etc etc...

So is it a good build or not?

Seeing as how you haven't stated the purpose of the build, or the budget to operate in, I have no idea if it's a "good build"
