Which System is better for Gaming?

1st System:
Processor- I7 860 @ 4.0GHz
Motherboard- MSI GD-80
Video Card- Sapphire 5770
Hard Drive- 500GB Seagate Barracuda
CD/DVD Drive- Lite-On 24X DVD RW
Power Supply- OCZ 700W StealthXStream PSU
Case- Lian-Li Lancool PC-K62
RAM- DDR3 1333 ( 2 x 1GB )
CPU Cooler- Prolimatech Megahalems Rev.B
OS- Windows 7 64-Bit

2nd System:
Processor- AMD Phenom 965 @ 4.0GHz
Motherboard- Crosshair IV Formula 890FX
Video Card- Sapphire 5770 OR possibly Sapphire 5830
Hard Drive- 500GB Seagate Barracuda
CD/DVD Drive- Lite-On 24X DVD RW
Power Supply- OCZ 700W ModXStream Pro PSU
Case- Coolermaster HAF 932 Mid Tower
RAM- DDR3 1333 ( 2 x 1GB )
CPU Cooler- Tuniq Tower 120 Extreme
OS- Windows 7 64-Bit

My main uses will be Gaming and creating and editing videos.

The 2nd system with the 5830 would be the best for gaming, the first would be the best for creating and editing videos.

No the first would be if both had a 5770, but the second is a good $200-300 cheaper in parts.

Would it be a noticeable difference in performance? Like Drastically to where I would notice it more?
