Replace the Velociraptor with a Samsung Spinpoint F3 500GB. The Antec 1200 is a big case with lots of cooling but it's really heavy. I own one and it's a bit over the top for my system. But also, you will never have to buy another case as it can handle pretty much anything.

Also you don't need a separate sound card, the onboard Audio is High Def for the motherboard and is of excellent quality.

Cooler Master is a leader in the case sector, but their PSUs are generally considered to be 2nd tier. Look at an Antec or Corsair PSU with 650-750W.

There is nothing wrong with a CM Silent Pro psu they are made by Enhance whom also oem for Silverstone.

If you want a soundcard make sure you buy good speakers or it's a waste of money.
The one you chose is not a good one imo.
If you want a good Creative card you have to start here to get anything good in their current line-up.
