Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro or 64 Pro

The stock fan for the Athlon II x3 is very loud and I want to replace it with a new cpu fan/heatsink. Which one should I get?

Though the 7 pro mounting is poorly made.

Any thoughts? Any other cpu fans I'm overlooking?
