Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro or 64 Pro

The stock fan for the Athlon II x3 is very loud and I want to replace it with a new cpu fan/heatsink. Which one should I get?

Though the 7 pro mounting is poorly made.

How quiet is this cpu fan? im leaning towards something very, very quiet but also something that it better than the sock cooling.
