Mixed RAID Configuration R01 and R10

Hi all,

Is it possible to use R01 and R10 using one RAID controller? I want to my OS to have R01 and data drives to be on R10. Do I have to buy and additional Raid controller and is that a better option? Thanks!

You mean:
R01 - mirror on stripe set
R10 - stripe on mirror set
?

I think most solutions tries to avoid the first one, because one disk failure in mirror pair and you must rebuild whole array.
