External SSD extreeemely slow! help!

Hi, I recently bought a crucial ssd

Crucial 128 GB m4 2.5-Inch Solid State Drive SATA 6Gb/s CT128M4SSD2

and this is the enclosure

here is a testing



I have
AHCI enabled
Trim enabled
updated my BIOS from the website for my lenovo laptop
Superfetch disabled, Prefetch and Superfetch set to 2 for boot
indexing disabled
defragmentation disabled
chose "better performance" for removal policy
etc etc

The speeds seem extremely slowly, I am trying to figure out if maybe the combination of the drive and enclosure may not be that good. I'm using it through a USB 3.0 port. I'm wondering if I should've maybe gotten an enclosure that can connect to an eSata port because I do have one on my laptop.

i am more than welcome to try other configurations if there are.
