My Spec is

Kingston Value Ram (KVR800D2N6/2G X2)

N68-S Motherboard

Ccivo 450watt PSU

244GB Maxtor STM32503 18AS SCSI Disk Device

Graphic On Board is 565 (1024x768@75Hz)
256MB GeForce 7025 / nForce 630a (ASRock)

Many thanks

DDR stands for double data rate so likely it is 400 x 2 for 800mhz. Your RAM is running fine.

My DDR3 1600 shows as 800 in CPU-Z.

Thank you for your reply I spent some time to get timings on ram and used cpu-z to locate CAS# Latency RAS to CAS# ECT.
I input the correct ratings into bios and now my pc seem to run a little faster
again thanks for your time
