No. you have to match the cpu socket to the board sb is 1155 so you have to get a 1155 motherboard.

Your CPU must match the motherboard.
Current Sandy Bridge processors use Socket H2 or LGA1155 there fore those processors will only work in Socket H2 / LGA 1155 motherboards.

Pre Sandy-Bridge processors were either LGA 1366, 1156 or 775 socket based.
