Motherboard for rebuild of existing 5000black
Changing to x4 955 black and need a decent motherboard for everyday normal use.... Minimal gaming....
I will not be overclocking other than some mild playing around. Would like to stick with am3 and ddr3 for now. There's a big alphabet soup of nb/sb combos and other things that are way beyond me now. so what i would like is something in the 80-100 range.
I will not be X-firing but i will be using an ati radeon 4850 1gb graphics card, but onboard isn't a bad thing since sometimes things go wrong.
If it is onboard. HDMI is a good option since it's hooked to a tv quite a bit.
so in a breakdown.
Budget ~100$
USB 3.0 support (Didn't even know what usb 3.0 was.. lol) so nice, but not necessity
Sata 6. i will invest in a new hardrive if this will make a difference. but not right away
OnBoard Graphics. Nice to have just in-case, but not required
Ability to overclock. Fun to play around with.
Form Factor. Prefer ATX. But if micro is that much cheaper will rethink my case... Was using micro before
SLI- Not necessary
