Computer Freezes

Hi,

I was just using my computer for minutes and it suddenly froze. I restarted my computer and it suddenly froze again with unexplainable rainbow colors on the screen. I restarted but I can't hear a beep sound and my monitor doesn't display anything, although my CPU is running.

Windows 7 Ultimate x86
Intel Core 2 Quad Q8200 2.33 GHz
2GB DDR2 667 MHz
1GB NVIDIA GeForce 9400GT
ASUS P5KPL-AM

What about your PSU? brand? model?

Did you install all of the driver?
