New Budget Build

Well the old P4 Socket 478 has served it useful life. This will be my third build, but I'm very much the novice so please understand. I'm not really a gamer, though I have played X box,PS3 stuff like that, but never on a rig,not to sure what the difference is, but maybe something I may like to explore ??
OK back to task : Looking for a decent Budget Build I had some recommendations from another forum and wanted to run it by you guys if I may? Let me know what you think ? What you would change ? And why ? (I like the case, it fits my work area ;)
