The overclocked HD 5770 - the HD 5770 performs like a GTX 260, while the 9800GTX+ is identical to a GTS 250 in terms of performance.

The HD5770 would certainly be better in terms of performance and also in power efficiency and modern features(DX11, 3 monitor support, ect.)
