My motherboard says I\'m over the 95w TDP limit

help me my system is new iam geting the error msg as My motherboard says I'm over the 95w TDP limit and my systemis shutting down

What motherboard and what CPU?

Assuming Sandy Bridge, it comes in 4 TDP's 95, 65, 45 & 35W, and I cannot think of any H61/H67/P67 that doesn't support 95W. Kinda the same with AM3.

Regardless, if your MOBO doesn't support 95W then you'll need a new CPU from the MOBO's 'CPU Support List'. Go to the MOBO site, look up your MOBO and then look for supported CPUs.
