AT&T DSL 2210 modem and Linksys router

Hey everyone I have at&t DSL w/ a 2210 Motorola modem and a Linksys WRT54G2 V1. I can get on the internet when I have the modem setup but as soonas i do everything to hook up the router it stops my connection. Help I have to go to work and myt kids and husband will freak w/o video games!! (XBOX 360)

I have the Linksys wrt54g2 wifi router as well and the ATT DSL 2210 modem. I can't get these to talk either! Did you figure this out? I can get online directly through the modem but when I hook up the router it doesn't work! Any suggestions? Thanks!

Put the DSL modem in Bridge Mode.
