Whether to upgrade or not? Please help me out.

As the title suggest I don't know whether I should upgrade my RAM to 4GB DDR2 (2x2GB kit)

My specs are:
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E6850 @ 3.00GHz
Mobo: Asus P5QL-SE
RAM: OCZ 2GB DDR2 800MHz
GFX: NVIDIA Geforce GTS 250
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate (32-bit)

Would it be worth it to upgrade in terms of performance or should I just leave my system as it is?

If Windows 7 Ultimate is 64-bit then yes 4GB, otherwise if it's 32-bit 2GB is fine for most uses. More won't hurt.
