Single Fan Controller 0V-12V for LED Strip

Forum CPU & Components : Power Supplies, Cases & Mods Single Fan Controller 0V-12V for LED Strip

I've been looking everywhere for a fan controller for a single fan that can adjust the voltage from 0V (not working) to 12V(max speed). Is there such a fan controller out there somewhere?
What I'm planning to do is install an led strip then connect it to the fan controller so that i can turn it on and off as i please. I want it to be accessed from either the expansion slots or from the front. I don't to modify the case in any way to install a switch.
Any advice is welcome.

The Vantec Nexus Fan & Light Controller (NXP-301) can go from 0-12v, but it's not a single fan adjuster, it controls 3 fans and 2 blue cold cathodes.

The Vantec Nexus Fan & Light Controller (NXP-305) can also do it.
