im am having problems with my computer freezeing after i have added new ram to my computer

this is a rather new computer that is my first build, i put it togther about a year ago and have had no probmels up to this point

The Build:

1x ASUS M4A78T-E AM3 AMD 790GX HDMI ATX AMD Motherboard

1 x SIGMA FOCUS SP600B 600W (700W Peak) ATX12V Power Supply

2 x Pioneer CD/DVD Burner Black SATA Model DVR-218LBK LabelFlash Support - OEM

1 x AMD Phenom II X4 945 Deneb 3.0GHz Socket AM3 125W Quad-Core Processor HDX945FBGIBOX

1 x Kingston HyperX 2GB 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model KHX12800D3/2G

1 x Western Digital Caviar Blue WD3200AAJS 320GB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive

1 x Western Digital Caviar Green WD15EADS 1.5TB SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive

// end of build

i have resently tryed adding 2 new brands of ram and have even switched to a new mobo to try to reslove the issue and nothing has worked.

the first ram i bought was PNY, my computer was freezing after a few hours the first day and then consistintly froze after that every few mins after start up.

(1 x PNY Optima 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Desktop Memory Model MD8192KD3-1333)

i then RMA'd the ram and got new kingston hyper x ram, the same problem was happening, so i ram memtest to find no issues with the ram.

(1 x Kingston HyperX 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 Desktop Memory Model KHX1333C9D3K2/4G )

i then ordered a new mobo, after switching every thing over the problem is still here.

(1 x ASRock M3A770DE AM3 AMD 770 ATX AMD Motherboard)

all through out this time i have run my computer on just the old stick of kingston hyperx just fine, no issues no freezing 100% goodness, ONLY when i put the new ram in, with or without the old ram do i get freezing. i have also updated my bios, tried under clocking and overclocking the ram, running one stick of the new ram at a time, and nothing has shown any imporvment.

if any one has any idea on what may be the problem i would greatfull!!!!

again every thing works fine with JUST the old stick of ram, even right now, ONLY when i add the new ram WITH or WITHOUT the old ram do i get freezing.

When you put in the new ram without the old do you reset Bios to defaults before starting up.

This is a symptom of bad RAM. Your RAM sticks are junk.

I'll bet the manufacturer of the chips on that RAM is unidentifiable.
