Solution
First, you don't need a 1000W PSU. a 750W is more than enough. Here's a great 750W unit in a combo with a different case: Antec 900 and TruePower 750W. The price is excellent on the combo.

Second, Corsair memory is very expensive, especially their Dominators. Check out G.Skill Pi 3x2 GB 1600 mhz CAS Latency 7 for some cheaper, possibly faster sticks.

Thrid, BluRay is basically pointless for PCs right now. I'd suggest leaving it out until there is a real use for them and the prices come down.

Finally, that HDD is going to be more expensive and slower than others out there. I recommend the Samsung Spinpoint F3 1 TB.

Thanks everyone. Went for the power supply in case I add another graphics card, make sense? or still do not need it? Also planning on overclocking, of course.

Went for the P193 because I want it to be quiet. Does that make more sense now?

Blu-Ray - fair enough.

Hard drive and memory, OK. Thanks.

A good 750W PSU will be plenty for two 5870s. You might as well check out the Antec CP-850, comes in a combo with your case: http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboDealDetails.aspx?ItemList=Combo.426724 $250 It is a very good quiet PSU. Altho only fits inside three (I believe soon to be four) Antec cases, so if want a PSU that can be transferred to another case at any point in the future then it'd be better to stay with the Truepower 750 which won't exactly be noisy until it is loaded to about 600 watts.

Noctua 6 Dual Heatpipe with 140mm/120mm Dual SSO Bearing Fans CPU Cooler NH-D14 (listed above).

Re: the power supply - OK. Thank you. Not happy with the silverstone 750W? Does the 805 Antec fit in the P193?

Don't worry re: the silverstone. Made the adjustments to Samsung spinpoint, CP-850, GSkill Pi, and switched out the Blu-Ray for a DVD writer. Thanks all for your great help. Now to order and assemble :)
