Ssd in raid 0

i was wondering if putting 2 128gb ssd hard drives in a raid 0 is going to provide a significant performance boost? Is it worth doing? I'm thinking of going with an i5 2500k system w sabertooth board.

  1. Your benchmark performance will be a lot faster but you probably wouldn't notice any real world difference. Probably best to just use the 2 drives separately.

There's also no fault tolerance so if one of your drives dies then all of your data is lost.
