Can you RAID with SSD and HDD in 1+0 or 10 configuration

I don't see any technical reason why it CAN NOT be done, but why would you want to do that ? The overall speeds are likely going to be very sub-optimal.

Are you just in need of additional disks to reach the minimum number of disks to do that level or raid ?

Are you asking if the drives can be all ssd or all hdd, or are you wanting to mix the drives? You can mix them, but you would lose speed. A mirror will still be as fast as it's slowest member so there's no real advantage to mix them.
