External hard drive noise

Ok, so today I accidentally dropped my external hard drive. T_T It's a western Digital 2.0. With 2 terabytes of storage. It's making this weird noise, that I have not seen anywhere.

I've tried unplugging, ect.

I have no idea what is wrong I tried what other places have said but they don't work T_T If I have to buy a new one.. then I will, but anything would be great. Thank you.
