ksiemb as ive stated numerous times before the dell support download for the webcam is nogood.they state you have to get info from a tec if your warrenty is expired they screw ya you with something that always worked and then it dident.many people have the same problem seems like a big scam. the goverment should look into this type of thing and investigate Dell.

Well, you may have stated it many times before, (about DELL), but it certainly wasn't in this thread, or I would not have given the DELL link. Your thread simply says MY WEB is not responding, not even WEB CAM !

You might search the internet for VISTA drivers as they sometimes work.
