ASRock P55 Extreme wont power on

Hello,

I have ASRock P55 Extreme LGA 1156 that will not power on. When I first built the computer, it had a minor (5-10 seconds)This delay then went to 30 seconds and now does not powering up at all. The onboard power switch and reboot switch are both lit up but unresponsive. Previously I have unplugged the power supply from the wall outlet and plugged it back in to get it to work.

Do you think this is a power supply gone bad or motherboard?

My first guess would be power supply.

I would pull the motherboards cmos battery for 5 minutes though, this could possibly re-set something if it's not right. I've seen stranger things.
