MSI P55-GD80 Boot Problems

Hello, i just recently bought
Intel Core i5 750
MSI P55-GD80
Scythe Yasya High Performance Ultra-Quiet CPU Cooler
Antec 300 Case
50GB OCZ Technology Vertex 2 SSD
G.Skill RipJaw 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 PC3-10666C8 1333MHz
After i put it all together and tried to boot the motherboard it shuts down after 2 seconds and restarts after 2 seconds and repeats this process. Have i fried the board or something?
