Upgrade Laptop Graphics Card

I have a compaq presario CQ41 - 207AU laptop, it has a ati 4200 integrated graphics card with a share memory. Is it possible to install a dedicated graphics card on this kind of laptop?

Laptops generally do not let you upgrade graphics unless the expensive models.
