Hp pavillion dv200 class action lawsuit

Hi,
My dv200 has been dead for a while now.
I thought I would TRY and get it repaired the other daay.
The shop informed me that they would not work on THIS unit due to all it's problems.
That the motherboard is fried and I should on a class action law suit.
So.
Here I am.

Is HP going to help us?
Is there an offer to give us a break or anything?

The last date for the filing a claim has passed, which was March 14, 2011, you can no longer file a claim unless you excluded yourself from the settlement.

It had been a while since I last looked at the site, so I missed the expiration date.

For the OP, have you talked to HP and explained the situation? I suggest you go to them directly. Contact info (including chat) is available on their websites.
