$2200ish Max New Build (fun)

Looking to build a new gaming computer, and the max I can spend is $2200 CND
Now the key factor for this beast is that im going to be recording footage, so I want High FPS and a system that wont make recording impossible, along with enough space to store the footage.
-Im bad with computers, so i wont be OC it
-We are going from scratch, minus a monitor/keyboard/mouse... I need the rest from a case to the OS
- I was looking at an alienware, but i figured you guys would hit me for spending that much money on it, so I came here first

For CPU centre around a 930 maybe?
Get 6GB of 1600 RAM with at least timings of 8. G.Skill has some good RAM out there at a good price.
Samsung F3 1TB for storage. Maybe get an SSD for OS and maybe some apps.
Since this is not in my currency I'll recommend more when I have some price guidlines for this from fellow posters.
