Coolermaster V8 thermal Compound????

I just bought a Coolemaster V8 for my computer to replace the AMD stock CPU cooler that i have at the moment. i have some arctic silver ceramique thermal compound that i used on a previous build do you think that i should use the thermal compound that came with the V8 or use the arctic silver ceramique instead. realy the question is which is better?
