New SSD Probs

I have a new SSD that is only showing 80.2mb of free space out of 100mb. Problem is its a brand new 60gb ssd that has zero files in it. Not sure what to do it is showing up in the bios and in win7 just showing the wrong space.

what make and model and Firmware is it?

Make is corsair force 3 60gb and firmware is 22797.
