F drive memory loss

Hello,
i formatted my pc and mysteriously the f drive partition after formatting is left with only 15.9 GB of capacity instead of the 19 GB that it used to have earlier. the other drives however have the same 19 GB capacity including the C drive which contains the system files. how can it be helped?

You refer to f partition (is this on c: drive ?) then you mention other drives, so is it a drive or partition ? Did you explore the partition/drive to see if anything is on it ?

You formatted your pc, means what, you formatted your C: Drive ? Or you installed Windows ?
