Which CPU fan is quieter - AMD X4 955?

I have been using the stock heat sync and fan for my 955, but it gets very loud at times. I have an Antec Three Hundred case and it seems as soon as the fan filter gets slightly dirty the CPU temps kick up making the fan noisy. It's too noisy even around 35C. I've been looking at these two fans, but am open to suggestions on the quietest setup. I want something that even when it runs at high RPM's it stays relatively quiet. Thanks!

Thanks for the feedback ct1615 and Davcon! I will definitely give that sync/fan a try, the price is really good too compared to others I was considering!

also a simple $8 PCI fan controller will make a world of difference to control noise

I would like to know more about the PCI fan controller. I was under the impression that the motherboard and CPU were intelligently controlling the cpu fan speed based on core temperatures. Can you please let me know how one works and what the benefits are? Also if you could provide a link to a good one that would be great. Thanks again!

Sweet! Thanks so much for the info. Here's my game plan. I will go ahead and upgrade to the Cooler Master heatsync/fan. My MB has "quiet fan" options so I will tinker with those. If I don't get the results I'm after I'll look into a fan controller. Thanks again for all your help, it's much appreciated!
