Pc to pc connectivity problem

Hello, i have problem connecting 2 pc. i used cross cable.tcp/ip on both pc reply fine. one pc has gigabite ethernet inbuild on board and there is orange light on it one orange light is stady and one is blinking .other pc has fast ehternet onbord that pc can ping gigabit pc but gigabite pc can not ping other. please guide me. thanks suresh

On each PC, go to Start->Run, type "cmd" (no quotes), and hit enter. In the command window, type "ipconfig /all > temp.txt" (no quotes) and post the file's contents here.

Try turning off firewalls on both machines temporarily -- restore once you are connected.
