File sharing with on wire-wireless network

We have this situation:

□ Laptops wlan
■, ● PCs lan

the
● can see ■ on network and share files while
While Laptops can not see anything nor other PCs can see laptops
Everything is either Vista Ultimate or W7, and everyone has internet access

Any ideas?
