ASUS M4A88TD-V EVO/USB3 HELP PLEASE!

Hey guy's I just ordered all my parts form newegg.ca and I was pretty sure everything was good. But I was just wondering If this RAM would go well with this MOBO. I looked at ASUS homepage and looked for the RAM I bought but could not find it now I am a little panicky that I ordered the wrong RAM.

PLEASE HELP ME!!

I think it will work fine becuse this MOBO can take 1600mhz RAM.

You should be fine. If the motherboard or CPU can't run the RAM at full speed it will just set it to the fastest it can automatically. You may find your RAM running a little slower than that speed but it should work at the fastest speed the system will support.

I agree with mm0zct. You should be fine using that RAM.

I have found out that it takes 1333mhz RAM and up to 2000mhz Oc'ed RAM. Does that mean it will be running at 1333mhz until OC to 1600?

That I don't know, you'll have to try it and see if it works out.
