APPROXIMATE PURCHASE DATE: this weekend.

BUDGET RANGE:$700

SYSTEM USAGE FROM MOST TO LEAST IMPORTANT: Music, movie and games like FFXIV, WOW, Total war.

PARTS NOT REQUIRED: Keyboard, Mouse, Speakers and I already got these XFX HD-5870, case Lian-Li PC-K62, psu OZC 700w and monitor HP 2509m.

PREFERRED WEBSITE(S) FOR PARTS: newegg.com or amazon.

COUNTRY OF ORIGIN: US

OVERCLOCKING: havent done it yet but will try to learn how.

SLI OR CROSSFIRE: No

MONITOR RESOLUTION: 1920x1080

Please help should I buy them now? or should I go with Amd? I really dont care if its Amd or Intel, I just need them to last 4yrs and I really dont want to upgrade.

Excellent monitor! And nice Lan Cool case too.
And your list of parts is also excellent. Either AMD or Intel would be excellent choices.
If you're interested in overclocking - advantage to Core i5-750 I think.
Add a CPU cooler to your list and I think you're good to go. COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 Plus
