i dont think it matters, asus tends to be more expensive, with zotac being the cheaper alternative, it really is just a matter of preference, like for example, i generally prefer XFX

Just buy the one that has the best warranty and price in your country.

AFAIK XFX doesn't gives any special warranty in India.
So just stick to the cheapest brand you can find. I prefer Zotac cards..They are cheap and reliable
