Cannot boot continuous beep

Hello,
my computer beeps continuously. There is probably a graphics card failure because the screen doesn't show anything but I don't know how I can confirm it.

You can read on your motherboard manual what is the meaning of that beeps...
It's more likely RAM issue, how much stick do you have?
Remove 1 stick and try to boot up, check the other stick as well and see which one that give you beeps...

What does the motherboard owners manual say about the continuous beep? There's a link to a troubleshooting checklist in my signature. Perform every step in the checklist and let us know how it goes.

A continuous constant beep could be an overheating issue. Did you have any problems when installing the heat-sink? What are the complete system specs?
