Upgrading to SSD

Hello, My current system:
Alienware Aurora
i7 920 LGA 1366
6GB RAM 1333
2 x 500GB HDD RAID 0
NVidia GTX 470

So I want to get a 60GB SSD to use for WIN 7 and World of Warcraft and I want to keep my 2 500GB HDD in RAID 0 for music, video etc. What do i need to know about installing the SSD. I have heard things about defrag, and trim, and so on. And is it easy to setup the RAID config without the SSD being apart of it. (I want to keep the RAID because I like it being a single Terabyte volume instead of 2 separate drives.)

I'm either going to get the OCZ Vertex 3 60GB
or
OCZ Agility 3 60GB
Would you recommend one over the other. The small price difference is not much of an issue.

(P.S.) With OS installed on the SSD, Is there a way to change the destination of the music and picture library folders in WIN 7 so that they would go to the HDD's and not the SSD.

I would recommend getting a 120-128GB drive but the main thing is when you install windows is that you unplug your other drives to get the mbr on the SSD. Make sure as well that the SATA controller is set to ACHI mode.
